Hydraulics installations optimization is achieved by pressure loss calculation and improvement of regulation. Regulation system selection depend mainly of the consumption curve.

Modification / design of installations

In case of modification, it's possible to determine quite well the impact of it with diagram and PID.

More over, pressure loss calculation and pump curve give information to foresee the future installation performance.

In case of new installation, circuits calculation and pump parameters give an idea of the new installation characteristics. If functionning data are available for this kind of installation, a first regulation optimization is possible.

Being a modification or a new installation, overpressure problems must be considered and analysed with precaution. This kind of problems can lead to very dangerous accident.
